Refund policy
Refund, Exchange and Return Policy:
- Customer satisfaction is always our topmost priority. In case if you receive a product you are not 100% satisfied with, you can return the product and get an exchange, replacement or refund. For exchange and replacement, delivery charge applies.
- For returns and exchanges, no refunds or adjustments will be made for any original delivery charges.
- However, if the replacement is needed because of an error from our end, we will be paying the delivery charge to take the parcel back and to send you the replacement.
- Refund is only available in cases where there are reasons behind that are strong enough.
- To request return/exchange of an item, please inform us within 72 hours from the date you received it. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- The receipt is a must for an exchange/refund. Any product that you want to return/exchange must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
- Shekhsaheb will accept the return or exchange of items which are in new conditions, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. If not, we reserve the full right to refuse the exchange/refund.
- The Timeline for the refund process to complete will be between 7 to 10 working days after the refund is claimed.
- You cannot exchange an order more than one time.
